We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our Application Operations Department. You will be responsible for supporting a growing number of Front Office IB applications.


You will be responsible for:
  • 2nd level support  (of internal Banking applications)
  • Request, Incident, Change and Problem management,
  • Application monitoring
  • Software deployment, packaging (analyze, create and maintain)
  • Analysis and troubleshooting
  • Participating in weekend and public holiday support when required
  • Contributing as an effective team player

Client prefer candidates with:
  • Experience in an application support role (ideally in a Banking environment)
  • Good communication skills in English (Czech not required / German an advantage)
  • intermediate SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server System, IIS, Windows Cluster configuration

OR Linux/Unix Systems & Environments

  • Familiarity with firewall concept, Load Balancer, Application and Web Server, Active Directory, Authorization and Access rights
  • CMS experience advantageous
  • Experience with Monitoring Solutions welcome
